Caleb: Hey there, Adam! I haven’t seen you in a while. I imagine something political in nature is soon to follow.
Adam: You’ve got that right. It’s time to get out there and do your civic duty. Today is the day!
Caleb: Don’t worry about me. I did early voting weeks ago, and spent the time between then and now reminding and encouraging others to do the same. It’s important.
Adam: You’re damn right it is! We live in a country where we get to have a say on who’s in charge and how our country is shaped. As far as I see it, when you fail to vote, you’re saying what you want and what you have to say doesn’t matter. Apathy is not the road to progress.
