Kate: Why do you get up so early?
Caleb: It's the only time I can have the house to myself. To have some peace and quiet. Maybe get some writing done.
Kate: Oh! That's right! You have like ten million roommates.
Caleb: I have six roommates, thank-you-very-much.
Kate: Why so many?
Caleb: Because we live in a day and age where it's impossible to live on your own and have the kind of life you want. All of us would be well below the poverty line, even those of us with college degrees and so-called careers. So we live together in a big-ass house and help each other survive.
